Objectives
To enable poor citizens especially people with disabilities, orphans, older peoples, youths, people with albinisms, vulnerable women, and peoples living with HIV / AIDS (PLWAs) understand or identify their problems and how to solve them by using available resources focusing on improved income generating activities including agriculture, poultry, beekeeping, fishing, education and theatre, and improved health services including HIV/AIDS intervention activities and environmental protection
To combat all types of child labor and practices and help the voiceless such as the orphans, widows, children living in hazardous environment in several streets, age discriminations for older peoples.
To promote legal aid including paralegal services and legal empowerment, in particular for women, older peoples and other vulnerable groups who are facing exploitation such as abuse and violence in the community.
To support education projects with focus on persons with special needs and their families, we build facilities, provide materials, raise awareness, educate and develop sustainable programs.
To sensitize the community on civic education, gender equality and equity, enhancing of leadership and good governance in different making bodies,
To establish and provide consultants services and training programs as may be required by community and other institutions involved, directly or indirectly, in the promotion of social, economic and political development of the Tanzanian community with a focus on the disadvantaged groups.
To improve practices for women, youth and the community into leadership role and to engaging them in environmental conservation and cleanup, climate change management, conservation projects for social well-being of our communities, food security and access to clean water
To support people with disabilities and albinisms, older peoples, widows, youth and children to campaign and shout for their rights in the community also to enable children with disabilities receive quality primary education and health services etc
To promote cultural heritage and wildlife through education, engagement and action

To organize and promote social protection for street traders, informal market vendors and hawkers of the informal economy.
To promote and fight for equal gender representation in decision making bodies in public and private sector, the legislature and political parties
