ABOUT US
Tanzania Initiative Support (TISnet)
is a non-governmental organization established in 2019, its office is based in Kinondoni District, to represent the entire will and noble aspirations of all involved in the community society who represent the most important component of the population.
Being convinced that our interest as advocate of the community society of the people of Tanzania are corresponding and equally helpful and that nothing should eliminate the community society from the Tanzania community in which we belong and we have a need to belong.
We believe that a lot of effective work has already been done national and international efforts, but more work remain to be done by supporters of the community and especially to the marginalized and vulnerable groups in the community society who are living in rural and urban areas and in remote areas such as women and youth, children, older peoples, people with disabilities (PWDs) and people living with HIV/ AIDS (PLWAs) etc.
For as the saying goes, the axe cannot rest until the tree has fallen, so the advocate of community society must continue to hack the tree of poverty, diseases, ignorance, corruption, immorality, conflict and all other stain that have constituted roadblocks to the progress and dignity of the community society members
And we believe that, people who live in the heights like an EAGLE do set goals, discuss ideas, prefer peace, inspire others and press on toward greatness. People who live on the lower levels of life complain, criticize, tear down others, and generally rob others and themselves of their peace.
When we lack foresight, we cannot see the challenges or the possibilities that lie around us. A person who lacks vision is a person who wastes all his opportunities. Only iron can sharpen iron.
Now therefore, we do hereby resolve in the name of all society members of Tanzania, to adopt the Constitution of the Tanzania Initiative Support (TISNET) for the fulfillment of our goals and aspiration and those of the community society members yet to come operating under this Constitution which is hereby disseminated.
